Weekend is over.    Desperate Housewives was rather boring tonight.   At least Y&R will be back on tomorrow.
I am dreading Wednesday.   B12 shot, that is not so bad, and a shot or cortizon in my shoulder and that will kill me.   It might.   It is going to hurt hurt hurt hurt.

 G'age is home by curfew again tonight.  I sure hope this lasts.  He does keep mentioning that it is too early.   His curfew is 11PM and he is only 15 years old.   On school nights it is 9PM.   Is this too early?

I did not get any packing done today.

 Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.  Did  you all get plenty to eat?  We had dinner here, the three of us, plus another couple, and a couple of singles.  Since Jake is a chef, guess who cooked?   Not I!      We sent most of the leftovers home with everyone.  I baked a pecan pie all by myself, and there were no leftover of the pecan or one of the pumpkin pies to send home.

G'age is behaving.  We lifted the grounding, but he is on a curfew, and so far is respecting it.  Tonight he was home 10 minutes early!   Just taking it one day at a time with him.  Things are pretty calm here, no one yelling at him, he is not sulking.  

I have to start packing   TOMORROW.    

Happy weekend.

We found a great 3 bedroom to rent. It is big and I need that third bedroom for storage, and the closet for my clothes.  Lots of room,  I am excited to move in. 
It will be nice to be moved before (hopefully) the snow flys.  I will have more room to decorate for my favorite time of the year.  Christmas AND New Years.  
Jake is relieved that we found something that will fit the three of us, the apartment is accomodating, but barely.
G'age pretends he does not care, but I think he looks forward to the move, too.
I am excited.

I have a sore throat

I cannot quite blowing my nose.

 Hope you all had good weekends.  Better than mine anyway.  My brother went out when I was not home.  You do not want to get a red head pissed at you.  The next time he messes up, he is gone.  Back to New Zealand, to Mum.   And I am thru babysitting him.  
Other than that...  We went to Fred Clause and it was okay.  Not quite what  was hoping for, but not terrible.  I have been looking forward to it since OotP last summer, when I first saw it advertised.
Watched the Wizard of Ox this weekend, too, on TV.  Yes, of course I have seen it before.
Went thru all the paperwork, saw what I have to do to requalify to teach, in Minnesota.  Not much, I think I can pass the exams now, I have met all other requirements before.   Sarah Lawrence was good to me, for me.
And that is about it.
